During the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation we recognise that for many our concerns relating to continuation of services, safety and wellbeing of their employees and customers will be mirrored by our clients as we strive to maintain business as usual. Our office is currently open and operating as normal however in light of yesterday’s announcement from the Prime Minister we will now be implementing the following actions:
Face to Face Meetings
Whilst we continue to follow government guidance and best practice we have taken the decision that from today, 18th March 2020, and until further notice, all meetings will take place remotely via solutions such as Microsoft Teams; your meeting host will be in touch shortly to confirm arrangements.
We are equally committed to our own employees and have put in place the necessary resources and support structures that enable our teams to work remotely; as of Monday 23rd March 2020 we will be closing the office until further notice. Our team can be contacted via their individual email or phone numbers.
Should you need to contact our support team please direct all queries via your existing helpdesk arrangements.
Continuity of Services
Our business continuity plans enable us to maintain services and will continue to keep this under review as the situation evolves. Whilst we work remotely all of our teams will still be contactable via our landlines, mobile numbers and email.
Our actions are intended to support our clients in an incredibly robust hospitality industry with dedicated professionals who, by working together, will come through this situation. Our goal is to continue to provide ‘business as usual’ services, albeit delivered in a more varied format, and will continue to keep you updated via the Saffron Log-in page, www.fdhospitality.com, direct email and our social channels.
