How is your catering software implemented or installed?
Our Technical Team can deploy Saffron in several ways. If you choose an in-house option, your installation will be customised to your individual system requirements. Please see our delivery and installation page for more information.
How to make the most of the software
Is your catering software simple to use?
Yes, our Project Managers will work closely with you to ensure you get the most out of your Saffron solution and are confident in using the system following implementation too.
Our system is used by thousands of users all over the world, from a multitude of sectors and backgrounds, demonstrating just how easy Saffron is to use.
Do you offer training on using the software?
During the implementation phase of Saffron our Projects team will train you and your team on Saffron and how to get the best from the system based on your business requirement. We would usually provide training at your site, however we can also offer online training courses or classroom training at our Sheffield offices. Alternatively, we can train one of your learning and development staff to deliver the training themselves.
Need a refresh’ No problem – we can provide refresher training, or training for new members of staff whenever you may need it.

What support do you provide for your catering software?

Software costs and charges
Do you offer different packages of your software?
Yes. With Saffron, you can take on the whole solution or pick and choose the modules that are right for your business.
How am I billed or charged for using the software?
Saffron is usually offered on a subscription basis – which can be invoiced or payments taken via Direct Debit. We can look at billing timescales to suit you, whether that would be monthly, quarterly, annually, or for the whole contract term.
Can I get a discount on your catering software?
The cost of Saffron is based upon the number of sites and functionality of the system and price will always be negotiated based upon the size of solution required.
